I had a very disappointing experience with Workhub regarding billing and account management. I cancelled my subscription in November 2023 and received written confirmation that it was cancelled. Despite this, Workhub continued charging me in December 2023 and December 2024 without my knowledge. I only discovered the issue when another payment attempt failed in December 2025 because my card had expired, which prompted me to review my billing history. After raising the issue, the unauthorized charges were refunded, which I appreciate. However, I was informed that compensation would be discussed at a management meeting at the end of December. I was never contacted with an outcome, and follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Even after refunds were issued, the system continued attempting to collect payments, which indicates serious shortcomings in their cancellation and billing processes. After experiencing this myself, I noticed that other customers have publicly reported similar billing issues following cancellations. This suggests that this may not be an isolated incident. I strongly recommend that anyone using this service closely monitor their billing and retain written confirmation of cancellations.
