1. Upon arrival in Ground Floor, please exchange building access card (with ID/SIM) on the Mall Concierge in the North Lobby in order to access the lift building.
2. Go to the 15th floor (GoWork's main floor) to do a confirmation booking (show the proof of booking) with the operational team in the front desk (mandatory).
3. Scan and complete the Visitor Check In process in the front desk (mandatory).
4. The location team will assist & guide the client to the meeting room/coworking area.
