SHOCKING EXPERIENCE! AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. We have been customers for over 7 years and sadly we have had to vacate our offices as they tried to increase the price by 30% - 40% in a single year. The centre manager Luis Salva was unwilling to negotiate and things got even worse when we left the office… We were charged £1,400 for the office to be cleaned and for the walls to be painted and for some filler to cover 6 screw holes in the wall. 'Fair wear and tear' does not exist when you are a tenant of Regus. The image below outlines that the office was left without any damage and in good condition. They punished us for not being bullied into their price increase. The Leeds City Manager Luis Salva was unwilling to provide a breakdown of the total costs of £1,400 and would not help in any way. He was extremely unprofessional and highly unethical in his approach to business. He ignored emails and made the entire process extremely unpleasant. He would not provide us with our deposit until we had paid the balance. Avoid this office and the gentleman below who was more than happy to charge a small business £1,400 to be cleaned and for a lick of paint to be applied to the walls. Luis showed a complete lack of integrity and sense of fairness. He was unwilling to provide us with a break down of the costs above. Avoid this business.

Location is good (central and close to parking). Manager is helpful and nice. Nice views of the city. The area itself is small so that when others are on a call it becomes difficult to concentrate and there isn’t anyway private to go to. There was an entire team there in a meeting room who kept congregating and shouting to each other/talking loudly in the kitchen and communal area next to the co-working space. They also brought several people in for meetings using the communal space to greet and introduce them to everybody and discuss private matters which I found distracting and uncomfortable. Be aware that prices quoted do not include VAT so you will need to add this onto any price you are quoted. I also paid £9 (£10.80 inc VAT) for unlimited free drinks. The only drinks available were water or a coffee machine that I had to pay for. Drinks from this were only around £1-1.50 so wouldn’t seem worth paying for the unlimited drinks anyway. The coworking desks were very basic. I had been hoping for a screen but it was simply a desk space.

Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.
-
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
