⚠️ WARNING TO ANYONE VISITING OR DOING BUSINESS AT BASEPOINT If you are visiting Basepoint, be aware that the car park is now being monitored by a private parking company. My experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid for 24-hour parking through the JustPark app, yet my vehicle was still photographed and I received a parking charge. In my view, this raises serious questions about how the parking enforcement is being operated and whether genuine payments are being properly checked before charges are issued. The whole system feels less like parking management and more like an aggressive revenue-generating operation. People who have genuinely paid for parking should not have to deal with unnecessary charges, appeals and the stress that comes with them. It also raises a bigger question for businesses considering renting office space at Basepoint: what impact does this kind of parking enforcement have on your customers, clients and visitors? If visitors are worried about receiving parking charges despite paying for parking, that could make it considerably more difficult for businesses based there to welcome customers and clients. Before renting an office at Basepoint, I would strongly recommend asking the management exactly how visitor parking works, who operates the car park, what the charges are, and what happens when someone has paid but still receives a parking charge. Businesses need customers and visitors. Making parking unnecessarily difficult can have consequences for everyone using the building. This is based on my own experience, and I hope Basepoint takes these concerns seriously and looks at how its parking arrangements are affecting both visitors and the businesses operating from its premises

I have stayed at this office for over a year, and leaving as I am moving out of the area. I have had an excellent experience in this space. I am in a shared office but have found it very comfortable to work here, and I enjoyed the atmosphere created by the team who run the building.

Good clean building with OK parking But very limited communication provided for contact with constituent offices/firms. There is no way of getting or sending messages about appointments, delays etc. This is a major drawback.
