ok. The daily rentals are ok. The problem isn't the spaces reception staff- they're all very helpful. The problem for me was regus. I'm begging you, DONT RENT A MONTHLY ROOM WITH REGUS HERE!!!!!!! there are SO many hidden fees that won't be explained to you properly or disclosed before you sign the contract. They charged me a 'restoration' fee' that was almost £200 which I was never told about and apparently is non negotiable even though I had no idea what that money was paying for!! I left the office exactly how it was before I used it!! If it's a cleaning fee then that's a bloody expensive fee for a tiny little office.. just absolutely ridiculous and greedy. PLEASE if you are a freelancer too, avoid this place for your own good. I honestly felt taken advantage of and scammed by the regus company. Totally shady, hidden fees, pushy and bad customer service and just an overall scam for the ridiculous prices they charge. The office rooms are also not sound proof at all so you'll be able to hear everyone around you on loud calls which isn't ideal. I was just pretty shocked by the shadiness of their business model and terrible communication. Avoid avoid avoid.

We ended our contract when they notified us that they will be moving to a new location. We received an additional bill of 1000 pounds. Since then we have tried every avenue to understand what this bill was for, we've tried to arrange meetings, left notes at reception multiple times, called numbers and e-mailed anyone we could. No reply whatsoever. Now they have legal collections hounding us for this amount. If that wasn't all, we tried to get a hold of an important letter we received in November, it wasn't until 2 months later that the receptionist at the Lewis building was able to locate it after asking for it again and again. Would not recommend!

Terrible experience. The building is well set out and the environment is positive. However, our contract expired on the 30th November 2015 after providing 12 months notice and still do not have closure. The site reception team appear to be helpful but there is no communication with upper management.

Friendly receptionists. Clean facilities: rooms, toilets, etc. Canteen reasonably priced, likewise, self service coffee machines also reasonably priced (e.g. £1.20 latte).

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Please reach out to Spaces for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Spaces may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • To truly understand what Spaces - Lewis Building has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.
