Transferring from another storage unit to Storage Giant Cwmbran as they have much better access, especially on Sundays. Jordan went to the effort of showing me multiple units to best fit what I needed, quick and easy registration and had a good deal for the first 3 months!

From the start Jordan was very helpful, he explained everything showed me the different sizes units and explained all my options. Very polite and a credit to customer facing roles (as I know they can be very challenging at times) moved into my unit today, absolutely so easy and the trolleys definitely helped!

Gemma at Storage Giant Cwmbran was absolutely brilliant, especially during our move out of storage. She arranged an exit deal for us and was so helpful, professional and understanding throughout the whole process. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything feel much easier and more manageable. Helpful staff. First time we have used Giant storage in Cwmbrân. Gemma & Jordan were both very helpful and gave us the storage unit required for our needs. The unit was nice and clean. We took advantage of an Easter discount offer which saved us money. Would recommend to others based on our experience.
