Visited CIWB Business Centre today and was really impressed. The building is modern, clean and has such a professional feel to it. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. You can tell a lot of care goes into the place and the services they offer. A brilliant space for businesses to work and grow 👏

We run our commercial cleaning business from the centre, I would highly recommend this place to anyone, the location is ideal as it’s not far from the train station and M4 Everyone is so friendly and welcoming there’s a great selection of businesses here and it’s growing by the day
Hired Ciwb to do a full house renovation starting in 2023. Till this day we are still having multiple issues. The did a full flat roof replacement which has had multiple leaks since installation and has needed to be repaired. Gutters they installed leaks. Flooring is uneven with massive gaps between planks. Underlay was found to have black mould when they had to bring up the flooring to address a different issue. Radiators was rusted when they installed it and had severe scratches on them. I don't believe it was bought brand new. Other radiators have dents in them. Toilet leaked and flooded the floors as soon as they installed it. Boiler was leaking and still has not been correctly installed as per guidelines. Kitchen poorly installed with cabinets not flush against the walls, kitchen extractor hood not aligned with cooker. He was meant to install exterior doors to our property. He said the doors were ready to collect in his yard but was unable to get them because he didnt have access to his van. A month later he then tells us the doors hasn't even been ordered yet. These are a few of the issues we have experienced, not to mention that Jamie never answer his calls. He says he will be at appointments but never shows up and doesn't inform you that he can't make it. A few excuses we have had are: phone doesn't have signal, phone is water damaged, car/van is broken down, had to take someone to an appointment, phone out of battery, he was in a meeting etc. Would not recommend his company or anyone that affiliates themselves with him.
