Cleaner Ovens Ltd - Avoid working here at all costs!!!! Oven Tech - South wales Zero Lunch breaks. Pay works out less than min wage. Every other week is a 6 day working week. 10-12hr shifts for same pay regardless of Finnish time. No chemical training or prevention in line with legal requirements. No training or care about chemical caustics in back of van. Hands will get hurt and damaged within a week with no adequate gloves provided except for cheap latex that breaks easily. Stingy on supplies (expects you to buy without reimbursement if needed while on job.) No payslips. Expects you to buy & clean your own cleaning cloths. You have to clean 3 ovens per day no matter the state of them or time you will Finnish. You have to upsell and get Facebook reviews or you will be highlighted and pressured. Cleaner ovens will penalise and deduct wages if an employee breaks any part of the customers oven. Pros Couple Tips & Meeting decent customers.
