Mamhilad House

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Mamhilad Park Estate, who is more than happy to help out.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

Mamhilad House operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Mamhilad House? How about for a day or a month?

At Mamhilad House, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.
