I originally took a storage unit with them for one year, and I’ve ended up extending it again and again because this company has been absolutely amazing. The team have been so incredibly helpful with everything — especially when I needed help updating card details and sorting payments while being in different countries. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. They’re always so friendly to talk to, genuinely considerate, and really go out of their way to help make things easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this kind and reliable these days. I’ve had such a positive experience with them from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage!

I had asked for some time to think about my options and arranged a call back a week later, which he did. With his help I have secured a storage unit for my forthcoming move at a reasonable price. I arrived at the storage unit and was welcomed by Dean and Simon, they were both very informative and even managed to save me some money by swapping me into a smaller unit, always a bonus. I would definitely recommend using this company.
