Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The first room we were given was not clean or acceptable. I didn’t take many photos because I immediately went back to reception to report the issues. The pictures I do have do not show how bad the first room actually was. There was mould on the curtains, stains on the beds and chair, a broken door frame, stained carpets, dirty windows and a dirty bathroom floor. The carpets throughout the hotel areas also appeared unclean. We were moved to a second room, but sadly this was also dirty and had similar issues. We noticed a plug-in air freshener had been placed in one of the rooms, which made us concerned it may have been used to cover up an issue rather than properly resolve it. We were offered a third room, but after already experiencing problems with two rooms, we refused another move. This was not the standard of cleanliness or condition expected from a hotel stay and left us extremely disappointed.
We are a coach party and we were told to come down for dinner at 7.00pm. However on arrival at 7.00pm we were told that our complimentary glass of wine was no longer available because they had poured it all out. The know our numbers so should have available sufficient to for us all. We were not the only ones who have not received the complimentary glass. Sorry, but not impressed.

Had a nice experience in the breakfast. Staffs are very friendly especially Saidur, M.H.D, Rishi , Binita was excellent. Enjoyed well .
Some transmittable noises between walls in the rooms. Overall an okay service. Saidur and his team were great at breakfast.
