• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Space2B.

• Can I visit Space2B - The Maltings before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Space2B - The Maltings? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Space2B - The Maltings has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Space2B - The Maltings has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
