Clockwise Group LTD - Clockwise - Cardiff

I have worked from Clockwise, Cardiff, most Fridays after having moved to Newport, South Wales, as a change of scenery from working from my new flat. Unfortunately, today (24th July 2026) was the last day I decided to ever attend Clockwise, Cardiff, due to having had such a stressful experience that I was unable to continue to work from there for the rest of the day. Although most of the staff at both the Brunel reception and the Clockwise office were friendly and helpful, the main co-working space was comfortable and peaceful for the most part and there was an on-site kitchen with a fridge, this is where the positive points end. The reason I am no longer attending Clockwise, Cardiff, is because I had a very stressful experience there that was caused by one of my relatives sending me an upsetting message. This caused me to have a meltdown, which led to a possible security guard and one of the Clockwise staff coming up to me to talk to me. Unfortunately, both of them coming up to me caused me to have another meltdown, which led to the Clockwise staff member coming up to me again. If I remember correctly (I felt very stressed as I wrote this review), he told me that my behaviour was unacceptable and I was disturbing the other people who worked there, even though there weren’t that many in the main co-working space at the time. I told him I was autistic. Also, if I remember correctly, he told me that he had an autistic young son or nephew, but again if I can recall correctly, he even had the cheek to tell me that his son/nephew didn’t behave in the same way as I did! This humiliating experience has put me off from ever attending Clockwise, Cardiff, ever again! Overall, while there were mostly friendly and helpful staff (except the one who possibly criticised my behaviour today), a mostly peaceful and comfortable co-working space and an on-site kitchen, I will not be attending Clockwise, Cardiff ever again due to today’s humiliating, stressful and unprofessional experience. 3/5.

We’ve had a fantastic experience renting office space with Clockwise. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained, with thoughtfully stocked kitchen areas and the added touch of fresh fruit always available. The location is ideal, right in the city centre, making it incredibly convenient for both our team and visitors. What really sets Clockwise apart is the team. There is always someone on hand to help, and the staff are consistently friendly, supportive, and genuinely helpful. They create a welcoming, professional environment that makes coming into the office a pleasure. We couldn’t recommend Clockwise highly enough.

The Clockwise office and it's genuinely earned a perfect 10/10. The space is well-designed, the atmosphere is professional yet comfortable, and the facilities are exactly what you need to stay productive. Whether it's the location, the amenities, or simply the working environment, everything comes together to make it an outstanding place to work. Highly recommended, it ticks every box.

The lack of human contact, through digital entry systems would not be progress in my books.
