Cardiff Regus is modern, clean, and full of energy. The offices are bright and contemporary, the building is well maintained, and everything feels intentionally designed rather than dated or corporate for the sake of it. It is the kind of space that feels professional but still comfortable to spend long days in. The reception team are, without question, the heart of the building. They are consistently mentioned for good reason. Always approachable, always smiling, and always on top of things, even when the place is busy and bustling. This is a high traffic workspace and they manage it effortlessly. Visitors are welcomed properly, issues are handled quickly, meeting rooms are sorted at short notice, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. They strike that rare balance of being highly professional while still genuinely friendly, and they make the whole building feel organised and welcoming rather than hectic. The facilities are exactly what you expect from a modern workspace and then some. Fast and reliable WiFi, comfortable desks and chairs, clean kitchens, and shared areas that are actually usable rather than just there for show. The atmosphere is productive and focused, with a steady buzz that makes it feel like people are here to work and get things done. Flexibility is another strong point. Whether you are hot desking, using meeting rooms, or running a small team from a private office, the space adapts well and staff are always willing to help things run smoothly. It is clear the building is well managed and that shows day to day. The one genuine drawback is parking. There is no on site parking, so you are required to park elsewhere, which can be inconvenient and costly depending on your situation. It is not something the staff can control, but it is worth knowing if you commute by car. Overall, if you are looking for flexible office space or hot desking in Cardiff that feels modern, clean, well run, and genuinely welcoming, Cardiff Regus delivers. The reception team in particular elevate the experience from good to outstanding and they are simply amazing.

Swindon Regus is quietly brilliant modern, bright office space with floor-to-ceiling windows and actual inspiring views (yes, the windmill is a nice touch). But the real stars? The reception team. They're phenomenal—always there with a smile, super proactive, and genuinely go out of their way to help. Need a last-minute meeting room sorted, printer fixed, coffee topped up, or just directions? They're on it before you finish asking. Professional, friendly, efficient, and they make the place feel welcoming rather than corporate-cold. Facilities are top-notch (fast WiFi, comfy setups, kitchen access), but it's the reception crew that turns a good workspace into a great one. If you're hot-desking or need flexible offices in Swindon, this is the spot those receptionists alone make it worth it. All positive, all honest, all with that funny edge without being mean and they are simply amazing. Parking is over priced and a huge problem for those that use it but its been subbed out and is a real headache for all.
