Sink in the bathroom was very small and not practical. Bathroom could also do with some shelves for toiletries. Clean and tidy.

Cancelled our accommodation without prior warning and stuck us in overflow accommodation on the outskirts of the city in Cardiff bay. Lost our booking reservation for our meal on the Friday evening and had to uber back and fourth on the Saturday to an event we’re attending. The event was 2 streets away hence why we wanted to stay at the park lane apartment. We must of had a lucky escape as all the reviews are awful. Swerve this company/business as they don’t even respond to complaints!!!!
