Absolutely loved the sandwiches from Foca Lab at Alexandra Gate! The sandwiches were fresh, packed with flavour and really well prepared. Great quality ingredients, generous portions and everything tasted delicious. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best places around Cardiff for a really good sandwich. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back! 🥪👏
Awesome coffee as well in the i0n house cafe. Foca Lab The best Business Centre providing serviced offices in Cardiff. The team are all helpful and friendly. 🎉 All of the services are second to none. Always on and secure internet. 🖥 Super secure and safe building with cameras and high security locking systems. 🎦 All of the offices for rent are new and regularly redecorated. They have a lovely cafeteria with the nicest of staff. If you are looking for office space to rent in Cardiff, I highly recommend them. Very competitive and flexible renting prices. Each room has its airconditioning as well. Furniture is also provided as required. I have used them for over five years now. I highly recommend it. And the staff always go above and beyond. We have a business here by the name of Total books Cardiff accountants. We have been here nearly two years now and ❤️ it.

I came to visit Foca Lab cafe after reading positive reviews on Google. The gentleman who runs the cafe is super lovely and friendly and said he is planning on doing pizzas from September and being able to open to the public on the weekends. Definitely worth a visit!
