Been a tenant for a while now. Fantastic offices. Free parking for me & clients. It looks great. Visitors are always impressed. Affordable for central city location. All the amenities you want. Jason is very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend.

We have been at Workbench since November 2023 and I can honestly say the set up is fantastic. Great friendly atmosphere, clean environment, parking and 24/7 access. For the cost we couldn't be happier with what Workbench offer!

Workbench - 15 Neptune Vanguard Way has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Workbench.
