We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party at Funtastic today, what a great and enjoyable experience! We hired an exclusive party as we wanted the parents to have some time to sit down and relax meanwhile the children played. Our daughter and her friends loved the soft play and enjoyed the food. Plenty of food on their plates, ice cream and drinks plus lovely fruit platters they devoured! I’m honestly impressed and happy with having had our party here. The space was clean and tidy, nothing to mention but the great experience we had. Lots of different areas to play for all our guests, range of ages from 0 to 9years old. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend for the kids, big play area, football, ball pit, slides, the lot. Nice range of food, friendly staff, easy parking and plenty of spaces.

We had our sons birthday party.. Steph, Brianan, Rhian were very helpful helped us organise everything, treated the guests well and made it a very memorable experience for us and and our little one .. thanks guys

We recently had my stepson’s birthday party at Funtastic in Caerphilly, and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish! The whole day ran smoothly, and the kids had an amazing time — plenty of fun, laughter, and energy all around. A special thank you to Rhian, Steph, and Tay, who went above and beyond to make the party so enjoyable. They were friendly, organised, making sure everything stayed on track while keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed. The facilities were clean and well set up, and the party was handled so professionally that it took all the stress off us as parents. It really made the day extra special for my stepson. Highly recommend Funtastic for anyone looking to host a children’s party — we’ll definitely be back!
