My wife's business runs from one of these splendid offices where you can get a feel for how the Victorian/ Edwardian upper classes lived. Super high ceilings and lovely original mouldings all clean and well decorated. The owner is very responsive and keeps the building well maintained and clean. Along with toilets on the ground floor there's a small kitchen in the basement with a microwave and fridge. Location wise you're close to the high street and not a million miles from the St Michael's car park if you're there for the day. Picking up and dropping off is usually a cinch with the 1 hour maximum stay on the hill opposite the building. Final bonus is Agnelli's deli just up the hill if you want to pop out for a treat. All in all a really great location and space for your business and, I imagine, the flats on other floors are equally as impressive.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
