Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Think it would be a great gesture of goodwill to support the volunteers who give up their free time to support bereaved individuals at Harmony counselling. Apparently lots of different organisations refer people to them without offering any financial contribution. I believe they are a registered charity and welcome any financial support.
