Never rent with this office! Bunch of liars from the receipts desk! More than 10 overcharge invoices. When I request to the reception several times, denied, even the overcharge invoices was there obviously. Then I requested to the center help desk, sent 5-6 emails, first claim was closed without any answers. Then second claim, the center helpdesk push back to the Station View reception team again said they solved the issues. However they did not helped at all. I am still spending lots of times to deal with their overcharges. Will definitely go to trading standard if they ignore the overcharges. They also lied about the office size, the receipts told me for the 2 offices I rent is for total 5-people desks, however on map it showing total 3-people desks, charged more than £5000 for March 2026, after been with them one year and expended the office. Just realized that they overcharged fees since the first month. Please avoid this company if you want to save your time and do not want to have troubles…

Moved out in May and have been trying to resolve a discrepancy on some charges since. Have had assurances that it is being looked into but despite chasing I've not heard back since. The charges relate to a late payment fee which I was charged and paid. But disputing it since when my tenancy started on the Friday the room was not ready , and then again on the Monday it still wasn't ready. Then there is also the small print regarding refurbishment costs. I was hoping to get all of this resolved without the public post, but some six months on I'm still no further forward. 15/12/25 - Thank you for your prompt response but I've not yet heard back after logging my complaint through the portal. Please can you escalate this for me.

It's supposed to be a useful place, open 24/7, but it’s missing one of the most basic things — drinkable water. There’s a proud little sticker above the tap claiming it’s “potable.” Really? I tried it. Tasted like someone filtered a puddle through a sock. I mentioned it to the caretaker, and he just shrugged: “I don’t drink it.” Well, thanks for the insight, Sherlock. Might as well slap a “Totally Safe” sign on a dungeon door. The guy sees that sticker every day, knows full well the tap spits out swamp juice, and still carries on like everything’s fine. It’s like common sense took a smoke break and logic packed up and left the country. Ps. The tables and upholstered furniture also leave much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Perhaps the prominent Cyrillic book 🤔 displayed in the middle of the room has something to do with it.
