Jersey airport is a small airport with only one restaurant/cafe with food options. Duty free is also small. Due to less number of passengers travelling at the airport, it is not very busy.

The airport itself is very good in terms of ease to flow through, location, parking and bus services. The real issue is the unhelpful syaff there the security team that are rude and generally really snappy. They need to understand that not all disabilities are visable and not all people can process written information and signage. Venting frustration at passengers isnt going to help anyone. I witnessed terrible treatment of a lady that couldn't understand the signs given its confusing enough add in a crowd and noise it must have been awful for her. Jersey airport do better

The staff were helpful, check in was quick and simple. The place was quite small and easy to find your way around. The toilets were clean. There were a few shops to look around, a bar, and a cafe, annoyingly the cafe is card only.
