Absolutely the best letting agent I've ever gone with. I've been renting for a little over a month and can only say positive things about them. They promptly responded to my viewing application and gave me an individual tour - a nice contrast to the other letting agents in Edinburgh who did viewings with 10+ applicants simultaneously. They said I could have the flat that same week which was amazing, and the rent was much more reasonable than most I'd seen. The agency operates with one shared email address and they get back to any enquiries really quickly. I've asked for a couple of fixes in the flat but every time they quickly send someone over to fix it, and even were happy to replace the old gas cooker with an electric one, as well as the old vacuum cleaner. All in all I would 100% recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh. Thank you EMPS!

By far the best letting agent I've dealt with in my time in Scotland. My wife and I moved into a property managed by them, and everything is dealt with professionally and promptly. Communication is always clear and issues are fixed almost immediately. I've never had a letting agent so responsive. The house is also really wonderful, the rent is not too high and I'm very happy overall.

I recently concluded my tenancy with Extra Mile Property Solutions and cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and reliability. They seriously stand out in my opinion. For example, any property issues were addressed promptly and efficiently; all communication was confirmed in writing via email which I prefer since this provides transparency, safety certificates were completed regularly ensuring my peace of mind and the entire team was consistently supportive and helped me / gave me advice whenever I needed. I've never had this experience with other agencies I rented through (and I’ve rented through a couple). The property I rented was clean and well-maintained, as were the other ones I've seen from them. To be honest, I'm genuinely sad to be moving on from this letting agency, but if I need to rent a property in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to look exclusively at their properties. For anyone seeking a trustworthy, reliable letting agency that truly cares about both their properties and tenants, this is your sign!

From a tenant's perspective, Extra Mile is a few people sharing the same email address. This has meant dealing with any issues has felt significantly more human and relaxed compared to the same experience for larger agencies around Edinburgh. Chris and the rest of the team have been great, and I would recommend a property managed by them.
