Fantastic service and a very well-run centre. The reception team are always calm, professional, and incredibly helpful, including during a challenging moment our team experienced last week with an aggressive client. They handled it brilliantly, and we genuinely can’t recommend or thank them enough. It was a one-off incident, and we were amazed by how well it was managed. Communication is consistently clear and supportive, and everything is handled firmly and appropriately. Special thanks to Emma-Louise and Agata, the front desk team, they’ve made us feel welcome and well looked after for years. They’re an absolute gem and it’s truly appreciated.
We moved into an office here a few weeks ago, and it has been a great experience so far. The two girls (Emma and Agata) have been great and very accommodating. I was initially going to look at some other offices in the same area; however, they both did such a great job when showing us around and answering questions, I didn't bother turning up to meet the other offices (I got abuse from one of the reps for not turning up afterwards...). Everything within the staff's control has been good and helpful here; however, the only downside would be the thin walls (which, tbh, the majority of shared office spaces have the same issue). So full marks to the staff here, I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

I have been a tenant now for 2 months , I moved from a retail unit to a serviced office and it has been the best decision i have ever made. Not only was check in so easy- truly plug and play , no hefty lease contracts or solicitors fees, but also having the different lease agreement options. There os a really friendly atmosphere and I always feel o can ask a question or request something, Emma and Agata always cheerfully greet me and cheer me on in my new business. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to set up.
Really would not recommend. The manager was particularly unhelpful and did not have a nice manner. If I were you I would avoid.
