I have to leave a negative review for this business, not because of their core services, but because of their decision to employ UK Car Park Management Ltd (UK CPM) to handle parking. Unfortunately, UK CPM’s reputation and practices are well-known for being unclear and unhelpful. In my experience, communication with them has been poor, with no willingness to provide basic information about their authority to act at this location. This creates unnecessary stress for customers and reflects poorly on the business. It’s disappointing that a company with otherwise good potential undermines itself by outsourcing such an important aspect of the customer experience to a firm like UK CPM. Until the business reconsiders this partnership, I cannot recommend them.
