I visited the offices yesterday and witnessed a woman and a gentleman verbally abusing a young apprentice from an outside company that was completing work at the offices. I will not be returning to use the spare again as I witnessed the young apprentice being threatened with physical violence after he stated he would be returning back to the job. Highly unprofessional and absolutely disgraceful towards a young man trying to find his way in world.

Shockingly bad at returning my £700 deposit. I was a client here for 5 years. Left on good terms in Oct 2021 to WFH. I have now been chasing my deposit which was to be paid in Jan 2022. Two months later 10th March 2022 - after multiple calls, multiple emails, Regus have still not returned my deposit and have no reason to keep it. Financially a very slippy company to deal with and not to be trusted.

Had a meeting for work in the Lyell room at Regus. Very clean and smells so nice as soon as you walk in. Good for professional work meetings etc.

Highly recommended. I was looking for some office space after running my business from home for 2 years. I couldn't be happier with my choice! The staff are super friendly, accommodating and helpful, and the facilities are great. It's also located perfectly for visitors, only a few minutes from the Centre and right next to the motorway for people visiting from elsewhere. And there's the option of booking a conference room for free if I need it. There's also a M&S garage about a 2 minute walk away for some quick quality food, and a Beefeater restaurant for lunches. It's fully serviced, meaning no extra cost for a cleaner, internet or phone line, and even the coffee machine is top class. Long story short, Regus in Deer Park, Livingston have everything I could ever want to run my business efficiently from an office. I wasn't sure what to expect, but have been very happy with it so far.
