I’ve been using Flexi Storage since my first year at university for student storage, and I’ve continued with them for the past three years. The team is fantastic. Tommy, the manager, is incredibly cordial and always ready to help with anything. This year, they went above and beyond by delivering my storage boxes directly to my room instead of leaving them at the accommodation reception, accommodating my request due to a delayed flight. Their pricing is also flexible, which I really appreciate. The drivers are so polite and helpful too. I can’t recommend them enough! One area for improvement would be to provide an estimated time for box delivery and collection. Thanks to the entire team for their hard work!

Working with flexistore easily has to be one of the most condescending, mannerless and just plain rude experiences I think I've ever had as a customer. Here's a recap on my overall expereince: The actual process of maintaining your stored items is actually quite good and to the company's credit, I'll give them that much. I've not as of yet had any one of my items lost/damaged upon pickup or delivery. And that's where all the good things end. Everything else is just just a haphazard mess. From trying to get into contact with an actual human-being on the phone to getting snarky tones and disregard for the customer's concerns when you do. Expect to be cut off midway through your phonecall with them the minute you frustrate the person who picks up the phone even so slightly (which I really wasn't intending). Pickup and delivery don't do much for you either. There's no specific time they scheduele to drop your boxes when you request re-delivery, just a requirement that they have to do so by that day. This unfortunetly means you can get caught off guard pretty easily. Doesn't matter if your in the middle of a meeting, shopping through town of even spending time with family. You'll get a call on THEIR time, telling you that your things will be delivered in 'x' minutes or you'll have to pay a 'x' re-delivery charge (I can't remember the number exactly but I remember it wasn't cheap). And if you're really lucky, they might show up to your door without warning when you're not even home. Then finally, there's the charging system. For re-delivery, you'll be charged for re-delivery and extra boxes added to your order if you used the extra boxes but didn't pay for them. Makes sense, but the thing is there's no payment request. No promt, no email, nothing. Just a random charge 'x' to your payment of choice (I used card) on the day of delivery without warning. And if your payment method doesn't go through, you'll have to pay in cash when the driver arrives. It's a small detail with big consequences, especially if you don't have cash on hand. Overall, I cannot express just how much dissatisfaction I received from Flexistore. Make no mistake, what you save in Pounds you pay in frustration, time and energy you can ill afford to spend. I'd seriously recommend another provider if these are things you take great care in.

Disappointing to criminal. Lost a large amount of collectable and was told it was my fault for not storing them properly, yes you couldn't make it up. What they said amounts to you should have employed a respectable company.
