Had a very disappointing experience with this bank. Called in before hand to book an appointment, because I kept getting errors on the app, double checked with the customer service man whether or not I needed my documents printed to present at the branch, both times he said they will sort me out with the electronic copy I had. Showed up to branch, barely lasted 5 minutes in there, turns out they won’t do anything unless all the documents are printed. The lady at the branch was at least kind and tried to be of help, but overall very lousy and extremely poor organisation and communication. Not to mention the time and money wasted on transportation.
