I recently enquired and signed up for an evening Mandarin course which I was depending on for a future move to China with my wife. It was going to be £950 each year for 3 years and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately due to small attendee numbers the lecturer gave me a heads up that the course will go ahead this year but had been moved to (non graduating status) meaning that the university or students weren’t bound to 3 years and that the university could potentially not proceed with a second year. These things happen but I was more concerned with the communication along the lines of “see you on Wednesday for the first induction class”. I opted out because why would anyone commit to a course that could be cancelled after 1 year of intensive studying? Ive had no follow up messages or proper explanation. What’s happened to a Universities dedication to education? It’s not the lecturers fault, it’s the board of decision makers/managers/time wasters.

Extremely disappointed with the MIM/MBM programme office. They allocated dissertation supervisors incorrectly, wasted students’ time, and the timetable has been chaotic, with key information only sent a few days before classes began. Even now, while we are already writing dissertations, several course grades have still not been released, including an exam that was finished back in late July. This level of disorganisation is unacceptable for a postgraduate programme and shows zero respect for students’ time, effort, and tuition fees.

Fee is expensive :: Not Quality education (Professors are just assigned to manage and everything else your headache) Food prices are too high on student unions canteens Glasgow is a calm place so u wont get much part time opportunities. If u r joining in Business School, please talk to alumina's and reconsider.
