Overall a great stay! The breakfast is awesome, the location is great and the tv gives you a lot of options. Fast wifi too. I would stay here again. I was a solo traveler and I had enough room. Probably wouldn’t be suitable if you had a lot of people.

iPad wouldn’t charge and front desk were told upon me entering the room but it was not sorted. App was used for the controls however it stopped working the second last night due to the change of ownership. Room was lovely tho only other thing to pinpoint was the extraction fan in the bathroom being on constantly and the heating and ac unit was not functional (took ages to heat up and ages to cool down)

I visited this hotel last week for my first time in Glasgow, and absolutely loved it! I have stayed at other CitizenM hotels before, and the hospitality I received at this property went above and beyond. Specifically Jen, Zoey, Istvar and a gentleman at the bar with glasses and long hair that I did not catch the name of. Keep it up!
