Really liked the compact design, and having the whole room controlled by an iPad was super convenient. The place has a fun, trendy vibe. There is also a nice lounge where you can relax or hang out with friends, which is great since the rooms are on the smaller side.

My stay went well; no complaints! The rooms were indeed small—you could say cozy—which was just perfect for a solo traveler like myself. 🛋️ Wonderful customer service I received throughout my visit. The bar area was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day. Plus, there was a really nice, relaxing area set up for PC usage, which was super convenient.

This is a convenient hotel for Glasgow city centre and main transport hubs. Staff are professional, check in is easy and the rooms are comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Great service and perfect location, including excellent soundproofing. But some real problems with the room: - no kettle or coffee machine - no cups or glasses or even a plastic cup for your toothbrush - shower trays that flood - one of two lifts not working, so getting to and from the 6th floor could take a long time Citizen M put a huge amount of effort into service and ‘vibe’ but the rooms are really Premier Inn standard - the situation of the bed suits a single traveller but might be annoying for a couple
