One of the worst check in experiences ever. There’s no reception desk and a lack of structure. Would not stay here again.
For parking they pay only partially
Self check in not easy, but friendly staff is ready to help. Close to train station and busses.
Nice place to stay
A terrible experience: 1) The bathroom gurgles even when you're not using it, it feels like a sewer (luckily it doesn't smell). 2) The room isn't always made up, and if you point this out, they don't care. 3) We asked for coffee pods and were told they couldn't find them, so they gave us sugar and milk (which is why we had to ask several times anyway). A 500-room hotel doesn't have two pods? Whoa!!! 4) I've never heard going down so many times!!!! The elevator is noisy and disruptive all night. The location is good, but between the incompetent staff and the mediocre structure, I honestly only recommend it if it's the last available room in Glasgow.
