I visited this post office yesterday as I wished to renew my passport. As someone who isn't particularly confident with anything online, the ladies offered to help. Niamh very kindly filled out the application for me and took the relevant photograph. The professionalism and courtesy was excellent. Thank you

*re-upload as this review got deleted. I do not support the protection of rude customer service workers behaviour in the slightest. Shame on the company for removing this, reprimand your team instead* Incredibly rude lady at the till who made a fuss about me coming to the counter without having been called. Whilst I understand that I should’ve waited, being passive aggressive by saying “I don’t remember shouting anyone over” to her colleague next to me before telling me off isn’t appreciated in the slightest. Don’t take your stress out on customers.

The worst Post Office experience I’ve ever had — and judging by the queue, I wasn’t the only one. Several customers were left waiting nearly 30 minutes, only to be told that the branch wasn’t accepting Evri parcels. When I suggested that a simple sign on the front door could have made this clear and saved everyone’s time, I was met by two members of staff shouting through the perspex screen, explaining that it was their “rollover week” and that they were “far too busy too put a sign up at the front door” One member of staff was particularly abrupt and rude to at least two other customers in the queue. One customer was told not to approach the counter until she was instructed to do so, only to be told less than ten seconds later to come back to the front. The combo of extremely long queues, poor comms and the attitude of some of the staff made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Really disappointing and completely unacceptable. AVOID!

This is easily one of the worst Post Offices I've ever been to. If you don't mind post office branches that regularly close 20 - 30 minutes before the advertised closing hours then you won't have much of a problem. If you do, and have the misfortune of arriving 20 minutes before closing time than be prepared to be greeted by warm sentiments such as "Get Out!" and "We're Closed." For obvious reasons, I will no longer be using this branch.
