Terrible customer service, they keep adding charges to invoice which were never agreed on the original discuss. Disputing the invoice led to debt collectors for a service that was never provided. I did not even have keys to the building. They are just unreasonable. Stay away from them

The people and staff are genuinely kind. It’s a nice place to work. That’s not the issue. The systems are a complete nightmare. The deposit return process is not fit for purpose. I was repeatedly told only I could action it, despite them holding the funds, and nothing happened until I forced it myself. Now an unexplained £42 charge on top. Good staff, broken systems. Not acceptable.

Worked here for a number of years, and unfortunately the lovely office space is let down by the absolutely tragic customer service. On sign up I was charged for a number of items which I never agreed to, and when I refused to pay for the extra line items, I was charged a late fee. My pricing was frequently changed without any prior communication, leading to confusion over costs and invoices needing to be re settled. The staff in the branch itself are lovely, but there is such a high turnover rate that they don't get a chance to get a handle on individual accounts, and by the time you get something moving, they have left and have been replaced with someone else. I raised about 10 tickets to central HQ for someone to call me and walk through the pricing changes, but no one ever replied or reached out, until the day I cancelled my membership, and someone called me that day (shockingly). I have then been charged an office restoration fee of £42, for a desk. In the Ts and Cs, you do agree to pay this, however the things they list are only applicable to offices, like re painting, cleaning carpets, removing IT equipment etc, so I presumed that this wouldn't apply to a single desk where I brought all my own equipment. I have essentially been charged £42 to wipe the desk down. I appreciate there will be admin fees associated with people leaving, but it is another example of the borderline crooked practices of IHG when it comes to handling individual tenants. I've since raised 4 requests to speak with someone about the exit fee, to which I have received no reply, leading to another late fee. I have now paid all invoices and settled up because I don't need the hassle, but the whole experience has been an absolute sham, I'll never work with IHG again, and will strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I could see a world where if your company are paying for the space, and you don't need to work with IHG themselves, this would be a good experience. But as soon as you need to handle the billing, it is a disaster. A shame, as the office itself is nice :)

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
