Sylvia, is the nicest, most professional, and helpful receptionist on the planet. Always a pleasant smile and a little banter. Lovely person to deal with. For the tiny minority of wingers out there, they should realise that handling the everyday customer requirements of a business centre is an extremely demanding, thankless, and stressful job.

Very warm and professional front facing staff at the main reception area. Excellent facilities. Includes disabled access to the ground floor... confirmed with a walking/Zimmer frame.
