Our room was the perfect size for our group of 8 people. All the facilities needed were there (a lovely big screen, coffees etc) and the support was excellent.

I highly recommend using this space and working alongside Abbi and Cristelle. The space had al the amenities that we required and Cristlle and Abbi were both incredibly supportive and responsive to the groups needs.

UBC offices at Rutland square are a great, clean and professional spaces. On top of that there are 2 boardrooms available. Cristelle and Abbi are very professional and friendly property managers taking care of the place and all the resident's needs whether you use the office full time or on day-by-day basis.

I’ve had such a positive experience setting up my virtual office with this team. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly kind, courteous, and patient — they answered all of my many questions without hesitation and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how helpful they were. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly on my behalf, which saved me a lot of time and effort. Communication has been excellent throughout — always quick, clear, and professional. The location itself is fantastic as well — a prestigious Edinburgh address, easy and convenient. I’m really looking forward to starting to use their monthly virtual service and seeing how everything runs once my mail starts coming through.
