Reviews
We initially came to UBC Edinburgh using HubClub credits while we were negotiating a lease on a permanent office elsewhere. As those negotiations dragged on, we realised we would actually prefer to stay at UBC, so we abandoned the other option and signed a one-year lease instead. Looking back, it was definitely the right decision. The facilities are excellent, the pricing is very competitive, and the all-inclusive approach makes life so much easier. Not having to worry about utilities, business rates and all the other administrative headaches means we can focus on running our business. A special mention also goes to the building managers, Cristelle Lawrie and Abbi Pottinger. They are lovely, incredibly helpful and make everything run seamlessly. They also organise regular social events, which are a great touch. As a small business, we don’t have the built-in social side that comes with being part of a larger organisation, so it’s a feature that we’ve really appreciated. Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UBC Edinburgh to any small business looking for flexible, well-managed office space with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
Our room was the perfect size for our group of 8 people. All the facilities needed were there (a lovely big screen, coffees etc) and the support was excellent.
Great space in Edinburgh city centre and ideal for the tram and Haymarket Station.
I highly recommend using this space and working alongside Abbi and Cristelle. The space had al the amenities that we required and Cristlle and Abbi were both incredibly supportive and responsive to the groups needs.
UBC offices at Rutland square are a great, clean and professional spaces. On top of that there are 2 boardrooms available. Cristelle and Abbi are very professional and friendly property managers taking care of the place and all the resident's needs whether you use the office full time or on day-by-day basis.
