Couldn’t even get in. It’s says 24 hours access but nothing. For a town like Edinburgh you would expect foot traffic from other countries to have the ability to find a Regus to be open. I recommend going down the street

Staff were friendly and helpful day-to-day, but that is the only positive thing about this company. The overall experience has been extremely poor. Our deposit has still not been returned after the contract ended, despite repeated follow-ups and them changing payment dates. It has been over 2 months since we moved out and we were told lies and given multiple different dates of when the deposit should be returned. There is no communication with them. We have now been forced to file a formal court claim against IW Group to recover our money. Avoid.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
