withdrew services I paid for annually with no refund offered. It . seems a company on verge of closure you should not trust them with your interests.
I am the ex-landlord, and I am owed £8,486 by these people. I have a decree for this debt, and this was granted by The Sheriff Court in Edinburgh. This was granted in April and remains unpaid.
Timely and effective problem resolution
Disgraceful! Poor handling of services and refusal to resolve fairly I signed up with The London Office (Myco Works) for virtual business and telephone answering services. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. After a delay in reactivating my services, I did not receive the notifications I was expecting from the system. This caused significant disruption to my business. Despite raising this issue multiple times, I was repeatedly told that notifications had been sent from their side, with no acknowledgement that they might have failed to reach me. The only resolution I was offered was a limited refund for one part of the service, and later an extension of the telephone answering service. I explained that I considered this inadequate given the disruption I experienced, but the company refused to consider anything further. Throughout the correspondence, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed despite a member finally ackowledging that they made a mistake. Even when I raised the substantial impact on my business, the company’s response was to close the matter and suggest I take legal action if I was not satisfied. I am now escalating this formally through the relevant regulatory channels and pursuing legal remedies. I am leaving this review so that others can make an informed decision before engaging with this provider. My experience has been that when issues arise, they are not handled with fairness or flexibility, and resolution is very limited.
Took out a registered office service with this company, after having used another provider for many years and different companies. To my surprise this company emailed me within 24 hours of registering threatening to update Companies House if I didn't pay them an extra £20 to use their address as Directors Service Address, meaning my private residence would be public information which would undermine the whole point in using such a service. Upon contacting customer service, there was absolutely no give, although they reply within the minute - may aswell be a bot. I cancelled the service for a refund, upon which I was 'graced' with a £10 fee, and it took almost 10 days to come through. Reinforced the lesson "If something ain't broke, don't fix it". Blue Square do not extort extra cash from you. Good will and trust go a long way with using such a service provider. Trustpilot reviews tell a much different picture than the Google listing.
