Thank you to the ETCV for being so helpful at every stage from booking to us being in the venue. Great location and the catering was also fantastic, and the friendliness of the staff sets it apart!

Overall was a nice expierence. The staff was really nice and helpful except the receptionist. I arrived 10 minutes earlier and she sent me out to wait for another 10 minutes, wasn't too bad because wasn't raining, but I thing she could have done is to let me wait in the lounge.
