If I could give zero or minus stars, I would. Inundated with spam calls since sending Regus an enquiry, despite unsubscribing. I will be escalating to the ICO as others have also expressed similar issues. AVOID. UPDATE: Regus has responded to this review asking me to raise a ticket through the Help section. For clarity, I have already contacted Regus directly in writing regarding these calls and have received no response. I also unsubscribed from marketing shortly after making my initial enquiry. Despite this, the calls have continued from numerous different numbers. I am disappointed that my written complaint has apparently gone unanswered while my public review received a response. I am also unable to follow the instruction to raise a ticket through my online account, as I am not a Regus customer and do not have an online account; I only made an enquiry. The website's “Contact us” option instead asks for my details specifically so that Regus can contact me about its products and services. I would rather not go down that particular route again!

Nightmare wont leave me alone ive told them ive got somewhere blocked about 13 of their numbers and there still managing too call me how many bloody numbers does this company need

Office and staff are nice. But the Regus helpdesk is atrocious and very reluctant to help. Watch out for hidden charges! I was charged £1,300 for using the office scanner after being told it was free to use!

They do not return back retainer money They would just keep adding extra expenses which were not told earlier Very bad customer service, money grabbers by tricks. Bad customer service.
