I recently moved my mortgage broker business into my new serviced office at Ayr Business Centre, after comparing several options in the area, this was by far the best in terms of location, flexibility, terms, and pricing. Everything is included and they made it so easy just to move in. I'd highly recommend.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ayr Business Centre.
