I had a great experience here for my three day First Aid course. It's a lovely facility with a great training suite upstairs. The staff really stood out, the front desk was incredibly helpful getting me settled in, and the café team was very nice. There’s also plenty of comfortable seating downstairs. I would highly recommended this facility.
Lovely building and the receptionist was very helpful
Not impressed with the programme at all. What was initially promised never materialised. Mentors take their time engaging, but when it comes to the key moments, contact is conveniently delayed. It all feels like a tick-box exercise rather than genuine support. To make matters worse, grants were pulled at the last minute. I wouldn’t recommend this programme based on my experience.
