Fantastic service, amazing facilities, incredible pricing. I needed somewhere to work for the morning, and found Space via Google. I called them and had a very friendly and helpful response, with a pod being booked for me on a Friday for use on the Monday. I turned up and was really blown away by how good the facilities were and the quality of the rooms, the pods, the collaborative spaces and the wifi. Free tea and coffee meant that my use of a pod for the morning didn't cost any more than a couple of coffees in a well known chain would have cost. One participant in a video call that I was on commented on how cool our offices looked. I did admit that I wasn't actually in my office, but in a shared space. Next time I'm in Northern Ireland and need a desk or a meeting room, I'll absolutely be back at Space.

Space in Antrim is a brilliantly functional but also beautiful and well lit pace to work. It's has a great range of dedicated desks, hotworking spaces, and private phone and pods to have quiet in person meetings and phone calls. I was there for an event, and I'd love to be closer to cowork there more regularly.

I attended Space Antrim as part of a EPY workshop. It was a great experience in a lovely venue! All speakers were great and very informative. Everyone who works in the building is friendly and happy to help.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • With a monthly membership, Space NI - Antrim Road offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Space NI, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
