Having received an excellent level of support from Carrickfergus Enterprise and Women in Enterprise It was about time I left an honest review! They have been marvellous support while starting my tourism business as an accommodation provider. From the very beginning. Having never been in business before, they have provided an outstanding range of resources that have helped me understand every aspect of setting up and running a business. As someone starting out, I have gained so much insight, knowledge, and confidence along the way. They seem to have thought of every aspect of business, and their guidance has helped me see both the small details and the bigger picture. What could have felt overwhelming at times has instead felt manageable because of the support available. One of the things I value most is how approachable the team is. I always feel comfortable picking up the phone, knowing that knowledgeable staff will guide me in the right direction quickly. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and their willingness to help makes a real difference when you are learning something new. I currently have a place on the Hospitality Taster Programme & thoroughly recommend! The programme is informative, gaining 3 certificates along the way. Fab setting & a welcoming atmosphere. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
