Whether it is managing deliveries and mail, welcoming visitors, assisting with administrative requests, or offering thoughtful recommendations for colleagues visiting us from Amsterdam and Chicago, Sharon's friendly approach, professionalism and attention to detail make a real difference. I would also like to recognise Steven and his team, whose support has been invaluable when hosting staff events and welcoming visiting colleagues. From organising the terrace for our team gatherings to arranging additional meeting and breakout space, they are always accommodating, proactive and willing to help. As a business with offices in Chicago and Amsterdam, we regularly welcome colleagues and visitors to our Belfast office. The level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the building is second to none. The entire team is friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. From the housekeeping staff, who do an excellent job keeping the building spotless, to the reception and management teams, everyone consistently goes above and beyond to support tenants and visitors. To Brian, who's always up for a chat, Sharon, always greet you with a smile, and a special mention to Lisa and Linda, who are incredibly helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for these ladies, their positive attitude and willingness to help really make a difference. We've been based at venYou for the past four years and it's been a brilliant fit for GrowWeb. When we first moved in, we were looking for a professional city centre office that would help us attract great talent, give clients a fantastic first impression and, most importantly, give us room to grow. Since then, we've doubled in size and have moved into larger offices within the Scottish Provident Building as the agency has grown. The flexibility to do that without the disruption of relocating has been invaluable, and we're now settled into our third office overlooking City Hall. The location is perfect for the team with great transport links, the facilities are excellent and the meeting spaces always leave a good impression with clients. One thing that really stands out, though, is the people. The venYou team have been there for years and genuinely care about the businesses in the building. As a marketing and advertising agency based in the Scottish Provident Building, we at Aspect Media couldn't be happier with our home in Belfast City Centre. The building's stunning decor and excellent front of house staff give a great first impression for clients perfectly complementing the creative work we do. The shower facilities are excellent — spotlessly clean and always reliable, making it easy for the team to cycle or run in to work. The Wednesday afternoon run club is a fantastic bonus too!
