As a marketing and advertising agency based in the Scottish Provident Building, we at Aspect Media couldn't be happier with our home in Belfast City Centre. The building's stunning decor and excellent front of house staff give a great first impression for clients perfectly complementing the creative work we do. The shower facilities are excellent — spotlessly clean and always reliable, making it easy for the team to cycle or run in to work. The Wednesday afternoon run club is a fantastic bonus too! A friendly, welcoming group that enjoys a 30 minute tour of Belfast's streets and gives the whole team a great mid-week boost. Highly recommend the team at VenYou and the Scottish Provident Building! Keep up the good work!

Following the take over of my business by Stewarts Solicitors i have been using the amazing facilities at Scottish Provident since February of this year. The various office options, the kitchen facilities and the general lay out and appearance of the building, both inside and out make my weekly visits a pleasure for both me and my clients. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful and have gone a long way to making working in Belfast city centre so much more pleasant than before.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
