I had my English exam here at Glandore Belfast, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Before my exam, Aine kindly contacted me by phone and helped me choose the most suitable room for the test. They also warmly welcomed me when I came to check the room in advance to make sure it would work well for my exam setup. Because my exam required a very stable internet connection, the staff patiently helped me set up the wired network and even lent me an Ethernet cable. On the exam day, they were still very patient and helpful while testing and adjusting the connection with me. The internet was extremely stable throughout the whole exam. The room itself was quiet, comfortable, and had very good sound insulation, which made it perfect for taking an important online exam. There was also a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules, still water, and delicious complimentary biscuits and sugar provided in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. After the exam, Aine warmly asked me whether everything had gone smoothly. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a quiet and reliable space for meetings, exams or remote work!
