Dear Sir/Madame, My company gave notice to leave the rented property at 180 Lisburn Road, on 25/2/2019. Our company vacated the promises on 29/7/2019. The deposit was 4200 pounds. I received an email from your company on the same day stating that the deposit will be returned after inspections and any fees deducted. On 10/9/2019, I wrote to Emily Spiers at Belfast city office inquiring about my deposit, as I had not heard anything for over 1 month. After no reply from the office, I emailed again on 27/9/2019 regarding the deposit of 4200 pounds. At this time, I received a reply from Emily, stating that that the company can’t give an update, as you need to deduct the last months of rent from it (1200 pounds), and cost of cleaning of the office. On 6/11/19 I wrote to Emily Spiers again, as I have not heard anything, inquiring again if everything had been completed on your side. After receiving no reply, I emailed again on 2/12/19 to Emily. To this day, I still haven’t received any reply. It has been 6 months and 2 days since leaving the property. I have receive very little communication from your company. I have a been a customer with you for more than 8 years. It is unacceptable for this to carry on. The customer service has been disappointing. I am not sure if Emily still works there or not, or if someone else can handle my case? Also please can you tell me if the deposit is protected under a deposit scheme? I am writing to you to ask for my deposit back, minus your deductions. The lack of communication has caused me undue amount of time and stress, chasing you up. If I don’t hear from you I will have no choice but to complain to the financial ombudsman and go through the small claims court. I hope this email finds you well. Yours sincerely John Qu
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Belfast City Office to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
Please reach out to Belfast City Office for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
