One star is too generous for this company. I visited three times while considering office space, only to discover after just one day that much of the information I was given was inaccurate and misleading. Now I’m locked into a 12-month contract based on those assurances. If you’re considering renting office space here, make sure everything you’re told is confirmed in writing—don’t rely on verbal promises.

The best thing about Basepoint in Havant is Lorraine Felton. Ever since I stepped foot in the building and took a officxe, she couldn’t do enough for us and is available if ever any issues. Not only is she helpful, but she also cares and is always trying to make things better. She is great with CSR and always aims to help and support local charities. I think Lorraine is not only professional but also the face of the site, and Basepoint is lucky to have such a great employee.

What can I say. Basepoint in Havant is a great place to share a COOP space. The manager, Loraine is amazing. When I do pop in to COOP she always makes an effort to say hello and see how my morning is. The amenities are clean, there is ample parking, and overall I have now recommend BASEPOINT HAVANT to multiple colleagues and friends for large and small offices. I have been at basepoint for just over a year now and i love it, I've recommend this place to friends who have start ups as they have it all here! clean and great price for what you get! I've made some great friendships with other occupants, everyone is very welcoming. Couldn't ask for better staff too, Lorraine and Annie are the best; very supportive, and always there to help and always cant forget about mabel the dog, what a delight!
