Very positive experience. Booked last minute and Tina went out of her way to help us and get us in. We then asked for a bigger size at the very last minute and again Tina was brilliant helping us. She's very personable and friendly. Great service. Storage King was cheaper than the nearest competitor and the access is simple and easy. Would recommend.

We called ahead asking if we could have a storage locker for the same day in within a few hours, they said yes. Then, we arrived and they said no because “they didn’t have time for a new contract” even though we came within the suggested timeframe.

Affordable prices for the service offered, great accessible system that you can access through an app, so if you have work you can just access the storage in your own time. And the storage itself Customer service really friendly and sweet. Tina is especially sweet and efficient with what she does.
