We have been very pleased with Albany House, having been the location of our company for the last three years. The services, friendly reception staff, clean and presentable offices and conference room are excellent. Response time from the friendly manager is prompt, and her helpful efficiency at Albany House during our contract very reassuring. She was willing to assist wherever possible, particularly with our IT requirements. It's a pleasant and very convenient location (and attractive building) and the conference room particularly useful, which we may continue to use in future. Would highly recommend for all inclusive, stress free work space.

The positives: excellent front reception team and fairly central location The negatives: Very tired and dated, peeling paint, broken kitchen tiles, etc. In addition, the management in my opinion routinely use tenants' deposits to pay for suite redecoration, regardless of whether it needs it or whether the tenant has caused damage. Very poor practice and so cannot recommend.
