I have used this serviced building for work many times and every experience, from booking a meeting room, to the welcoming of clients is always exceptional. Debbie and Yvonne on Reception always go above an beyond to assist us with our needs and communication is excellent. Thank you for the great service! Highly recommend.

A brilliant location with an amazing boardroom overlooking Windsor Castle, ideal for hosting clients who are always impressed! Incredibly helpful staff, particularly Debbie and Yvonne who are always on hand to assist.

There is no independent disabled access or any visible notification for disabled help to be called. 3 steps up to a very heavy door which I cannot open myself.. there needs to be a disabled access call bell to alert reception to come and open the door for people who have not the mobility or strength to open it and to provide a ramp if necessary.

A beautiful meeting room with wonderful views of the castle. Reception is always warm and inviting and Debbie and Yvonne always go out of their way to help. A great space to meet clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with UBC.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with UBC, who is more than happy to help out.
